PITTSBURG, Kan. — Arck Construction: Consulting & Management has won the Top Producer award for Kansas and Missouri from Schulte Building Systems.

“It’s a great honor. In Kansas and Missouri, we’re top producer in sales as far as in our pre-engineered metal buildings,” said owner Dane Arck.

“Schulte Building Systems was our manufacturer that makes our buildings that we sell. Over the course of the year, we accumulated a nice total of projects. We were able and honored with the award.”

Dane operates the company with consultant Danny Arck. There are nine total employees at Arck Construction.

“Kinda surprised just because there’s a lot of other dealers that they have as well. It was just kinda like a nice surprise,” Dane said of winning the award.

Dane said all the employees at Arck Construction committed time and effort, helping it obtain the award.

“We obviously worked hard for it. Everybody here contributed to having that,” Dane said.

Dane said it was a surprise to learn the company won the award.

Arck Construction, a general contractor that completes design-build projects as well as consulting work at 812 N. Broadway, is in its sixth year of business.

“It is commercial work. That gives us a wide range of things from warehouses, school projects. Do a lot of commercial remodels, too; that’s a big thing that we do. Just a vast variety of services that we can provide,” Dane said.

This year, Arck Construction has several projects in store, including a remodel on Broadway this summer and several projects at Diamond Pet Foods in Frontenac, among others.

“We’re doing some storage units at Neosho and potentially at Carthage. We’ve got a few other things going,” he added.

Dane said Arck Construction is lucky to be able to provide services in the Southeast Kansas area as well as Joplin, Missouri.

“We’re again very fortunate to live in a community to where everybody tries their best to keep it local. And that’s greatly appreciated here,” he said.
